One Hand Mission is a community-based, nonprofit organization registered in Kamuli District, Uganda. The organization was founded to respond to the challenges faced by vulnerable children, single mothers, orphans, and families affected by poverty, floods, and lack of access to safe water.
We work hand in hand with communities to provide sustainable solutions that empower people to live with dignity and self-reliance. Through education, agriculture, climate conservation, and humanitarian support, we aim to create opportunities that break the cycle of poverty and restore hope.
Our programs are designed to be holistic and community-driven, addressing immediate needs while laying a foundation for long-term change.
At One Hand Mission, everything we do is guided by a clear sense of purpose. Our mission defines why we exist, our vision paints the future we strive for, and our core values shape how we serve communities with dedication and integrity.
To empower marginalized communities and transform lives through sustainable, community-driven development initiatives that foster self-reliance, social justice, and environmental stewardship.
A world where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential, live with dignity, and contribute meaningfully to the progress of their community and society.
We care deeply for the people and communities we serve, putting their well-being at the center of everything we do.
We create solutions that endure, promoting environmental care and long-term community empowerment.
We act with honesty, transparency, and accountability in all our programs and partnerships.
We believe in working hand in hand with local communities, partners, and donors to maximize impact.
